We have been working in Bocas del Tora, Panama for 5 days now, and it´s been amazing, we been able to meet a lot of people from different countries and share our lives and what God has done in us
through His love. God has given us so many divine appointments, I just can´t stop thanking God for honoring us with this ministry and everything we have been able to do.
We had the opportunity to pray for all the city last Monday morning, and we heard the voice of God telling us where to work in the city. From nursing homes, hospitals, street ministries, cleaning the community, to fishing and playing beach volleyball.
We had an amazing time at the nursing home, we preformed a drama for everybody there and they had so much fun with it, we also played some worship songs with them and shared some scriptures along with spending quality time with the elders. We also painted a mural with bible verses and built a couple of shelves for the ladies so they can put their clothes on... but it was great to hear their stories and be able to pray for them...
In the hospital we did some activities with 20 kids and gave them some cookies and balloons, we also got to pray for every kid and their Mothers. At the same time we cleaned around the hospital and made the place look a little bit better.
When we were cleaning the community, all the neighbors were looking at us and wondered what we were doing. Some of us were picking up the trash and others shared some hot chocolate with the people around. At the end of the day there were some neighbors helping us clean the community including some sweet kids. We got to pray for some families, and we also got to pray with some people for the entire community! It was amazing!
God has been doing great things. Just by playing beach volleyball and fishing in my free time I got to meet some people that later in the week I saw them and got to talk more about what we are doing here and how God is a relational God and not a religion.
It´s so great to live a real life and share my faith with others in a way that we bring the truth to people that maybe will never go to a church building or service but we can bring the church to them.
Thank you for your support, for your prayers, I love you all!
